This newly refreshed 2-story townhome with a finished basement features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 10 guests. Sleeping arrangements include 3 King beds, 1 Queen bed, 1 Double bed with a Twin trundle, and 1 Twin-over-Full bunk bed. Enjoy spacious bedrooms with modern updates, TVs in every room, and stylish new furnishings throughout.
There are three living spaces, including a game room equipped with a 412-game arcade cabinet, Pop-A-Shot basketball, shuffleboard, a hide-a-bed couch, and a 65” flat-screen TV. Additional amenities include a private hot tub, a 2-car garage, and a washer/dryer for guest use. Located in the heart of Silverthorne’s Wildernest neighborhood, you’ll have access to multiple world-class ski resorts within a 30-minute drive and scenic hiking and biking trails just steps from your front door.
Upon entering the main level from either the front door or garage, you’ll find coat hooks and a bench for convenient unloading after a day of adventure. A half bath is located down the hall. Just past the laundry room, the game room awaits—perfect for kids and kids at heart!
The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area is also on the main level. The cozy living room features a gas fireplace, ceiling fan, Smart TV, board games, and access to the wrap-around deck and hot tub. The deck also includes outdoor dining furniture. Relax in the serene, wooded setting and listen to birds chirping—you may even spot a moose!
The dining area seats 8 comfortably, with 4 additional seats at the breakfast bar. A modern glass-top dining table and a dry-erase Scrabble board on the wall make it great for meals and fun. The full-size kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the cookware and tableware needed to prepare home-cooked meals.
Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a King bed, private gas fireplace, Smart TV, sitting area, and treed views with peeks of Lake Dillon. The spacious en-suite bathroom includes a soaking tub, standing shower, walk-in closet, and dual vanities.
Down the hall, the second bedroom includes a King bed, dresser, Smart TV, nightstands, ceiling fan, and a large closet. Summary: This property is more than advertised. It has everything you would need and is immaculate. It's close to all the major ski hills, 7 miles from keystone, about 20 minutes from vail. Restraunts are within a mile, property is quiet and easy to get to. The games were AWESOME, miss pac man, galactica, basketball, a golf simulator, great beds, 2 living rooms, perfect kitchen, hottub right on the deck, big mudroom for ski stuff, plenty of bathrooms, towels so thick they feel like clouds, responsive host, even extras like tons of extra pillows and blankets and humidifiers. I couldn't find a place to take a half star off if I tried. If you have a big family, this is your place.

Summary: The size of this home was perfect for our family of 9. The hot tub was a little smaller than expected, but very enjoyable after a day of skiing. The bedding and pillows could definitely use an upgrade. Appliances were in great working order and our children enjoyed having games and sleds available for their use. Checkin/checkout was super easy. No problems during our stay. Would stay again but would bring own pillows.

Summary: It was our first time seeing snow..omw it was more than expected the house was clean, comfortable and well equipt with all the nesessities..my kids built a snowman outside and made snow angels in the back.The only thing missing was a christmas tree lol..left this morning and is missing it already.

Summary: Everything is as pictured & written about - but even better in person! Spacious, comfortable, nice towels, washer & dryer was a huge plus, great for a wide age-range of people. We would definitely stay here again! One needed item is new dining room chairs as these are very worn & uncomfortable.

Summary: We were 8 adults and two children staying here. The house is spacious and well appointed. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. The management company was great to deal with as we needed a couple of cribs and a high chair. Hot tub and deck were great to hang out on and the basketball game in the game room was a hit with the three year old and adults. Highly recommend staying here!!

We had about 13 people staying here and everyone had plenty of space with no need to sleep on the couches in the main family room or have everybody’s stuff all around. Please note, since it doesn’t say it on the website, that the Couch in the downstairs family room pulls out to a very nice bed and then beside that another person can sleep on that couch so you can have three people on that couch. There’s also another small couch in the little game room where the basketball hoop is that pulls out. We did not need or use that but you could if you needed to. They provide all the sheets and extra blankets for those pull out beds. The beds in the bedrooms are very comfortable. The kitchen had plenty of things to cook with, and was absolutely great. It was nice having the garage to put two cars in and to put peoples wet skis in. The hot tub was excellent. Very clean and nice. The house was about 10 minutes from Copper Mountain and and right up the road from a liquor store, gas station and a little bit further down into town is a Good Pizza Pl., Windy City, pizza, that we ordered out from. I would absolutely stay at this house again. Everything was great.The only negative I would have is I did not feel that there were enough towels. There certainly weren’t enough towels for people to have a bath towel and a towel to go in the hot tub. That would probably be the only negative.
